Considering our potential woes on the o-line after cutting Todd, Mathis being unhappy and Peters getting old this is making me depressed. At least you guys have no one to actually run the ball
this could make for an interesting comparison by seasons end, our rushing yards vs your rushing yards...

and with a game in hand our no name backfield has out rushed your triple headed monster :D

Also on the article Jay posted, two things. First it's fricken Al Jazeera, I would wait for a more credible source, secondly, it's not exactly anything we didn't know, the accusations were thrown at Beaterson after he returned from his ACL.

My last point, Manning had a pretty serious surgery in 2011 with the neck fusion, if it is legit, with a surgery like that he might have needed the drugs to get back to a point where he could live a normal life let alone play football. I think it was Edge in WWE that had fusion surgery and when the WWE leaked report came out he was also on the list for HGH for the same reason.

And your record is still pathetic  :P

Funny how people are making excuses for Peyton et al when HGH and PED use is clearly a worse offence than an unproven deflation case. Perception is everything

yet our divisional record is still better than yours, in the worst division in football no less

of your top guys on offense, the QB missed 2 games, other than that the best guys you have were healthy ;D

to quote Homer Simpson:
that team sure sucked last night. They just plain sucked. I've seen teams suck before but they were the suckiest bunch of sucks who ever sucked.

Not making an excuse, just saying it is not all that uncommon with that particular injury. He had a few good years since he returned, but the guy still doesn't have feeling in his finger tips. In hindsight, he should have just retired in 2011. I would assume the reasons for it would not be for a performance enhancing perspective and would he probably would have still gone down the HGH path to live a normal life.

So you are saying that even with your ishy record you think you guys are the tallest midget? It means we have also managed to beat 'better' teams then the Cowgirls

Our best player this year has been Jordan Hicks and he has been on IR since the Dallas game. Since he was moved to IR Philly have given up score of 20, 45, 45, 28, 20, 40 and 38.

Our best corner this year has been Nolan Carroll and he is also on IR. Our offense has been a dysfunctional mess and somehow Bradford has managed to improve his play with the crap he is surrounded by.

We have had issues with our kicker all season since Parkey has gone to IR, we've also lost a couple lineman.

Injuries shouldn't matter you don't use them as an excuse, the Cards were playing with a guy off the street and still managed to make the playoffs last year, the fact is the team is poorly coached everywhere but ST's.

Offense we run the same 7 plays over and over again, defense we have the corners lining up 10 yards away from the WR's when they should be playing press, they can't get pressure on the QB and refuse to go to situational packages when all Vinny Curry does is get to the QB time and time again, not pay our studs (Maclin/Mathis), flat out cut them (DJax/Mathis) or trade them away (Shady) for ishy players. We went from having one of the best skill position units in the league to a bunch of scrubs that can't catch a cold and blow more then a truck stop hooker. We also had a couple of horrendous signings so Chip the GM is killing Chip the coach and Chip the coach makes poor decisions and his play calling needs to evolve past 7 plays.

The thing is this mess that Chip has created is salvageable. We have some good pieces on both sides of the ball. The D was playing lights out until Hicks got injured causing turnovers, I think they had 14 in that time span and lead the league, however they weren't helped out by an inept offensive game plan. Since that time we have had I think I read a total of ZERO turnovers. Billy Davis needs to go, a good coordinator could help mask some of those holes and won't try and stay in base defense 99% of the game.

Offensively we have a couple of young guys in terms of skills positions that will continue to improve (Ertz, Matthews and Agholor), RB is an issue and so is the offensive line. A better offensive philosophy, maybe like not lining up in the gun every play would help out. The best thing for this team to do is get rid of Chip now because otherwise we have a wasted season next year and end up further behind the 8 ball.

your WR's couldn't catch a ball to save themselves

you were healthy compared to the majority of teams in the NFL and you sucked, give it up :-X

PowerBug

Playing Madden franchise with the Panthers. Almost broke the individual rushing yards record with Jonathon Stewart in one game because I just haven't gotten the hang of throwing the ball yet and running the ball is fun. He got 276 rushing yards in one game... We obviously won quite convincingly. However the next match the only thing I broke with Stewart's collarbone :-X Now Tubby Tolbert the fullback has to get involved more, along with Justin Todman.

Also might need to raise the difficulty level by one (On Pro right now, the 2nd bottom) but I have no clue on defence I can't stop anything at the moment I would be lost if I went up a level.

On the other hand beating the Eagles 7-33 after trailing 7-0 at qtr time then beating the Colts 28-45 (They got two late TDs as I got greedy trying to pass 50 points for the day) says time to go up a difficulty level :-\

Most of them will be gone, the only two that deserve a roster spot are Matthews and Agholor. Agholor is a rookie and Matthews has been playing through a hand tendon issue when he had the really bad drops issues. He has been pretty good the last 4 or 5 games in terms of catching the ball.

I know where you're going with this injuries line, again, you can't blame injuries, it's a cop out for any team. 'Oh no, but Dallas didn't have Dez and Romo, they would have won the division'. Dez has been back a while and it's Dallas are morons for relying on a QB with a bad back in the first place when their contingency plan is Brandon Weeden. Injuries happen, like I said, well coached teams work around it, check out Bruce Arians, even Bellicheat managed to get 11 wins with Matt Cassel at QB when Brady got injured.

To add to the Dallas burn they keep pushing back Romo's cap number to try to win now.

Year...Cap...............Dead...............Savings
2015..$14,973,000..$45,908,000...($30,935,000)
2016..$20,835,000..$31,935,000...($11,100,000)
2017..$24,700,000..$19,600,000...$5,100,000
2018..$25,200,000..$8,900,000.....$16,300,000
2019..$23,700,000..$3,200,000.....$20,500,000

And while it has kept most of the team together, every year they keep losing key players. Ware, Murray.... in about 2 years they will be in a world of hurt. They are forced to go with an old QB with a bad back for at least 2 more years. And yeah, while they technically "save" 5 million in 2017, they are still committing 20 million, which will be at least 10%, of their cap to either a QB who is old and ineffective or not even on their roster. So they better pray he doesn't get injured again......

I would rather be us or the Giants in this division as we seem to have the best building blocks for the next 5 years or so. Both are likely to have new coaches going into next season.

Play a lot of man defense with two deep safeties and double if you're using the Panthers. Norman should be able to cover the WR so it is more about giving help to the other corner. Also blitz on 3rd and long with those guys, nickel corner blitzes usually work quite well in the game. Mix in some zone and show blitz, it's a great way to fool people as they rush their throws and bang, your players are in position to make the play.

What console are you playing on PB?

Jay

flower OFF CHANNEL 7 YOU PIECES OF UTTER SHOWER

Jukes

Hahahahaha

I thought it was jets-pats because that's what the tv guide said when I checked yesterday, so happy to see the lads when I turned on the tv :D

Jay

Absolutely pathetic by Channel 7. An irrelevant team like the 49ers don't deserve any TV time whatsoever.

Assholes.
