Paddy Ryder?

Thinking about upgrading Belch in a few weeks to Ryder as a potential f6 keeper/ruck coverage.

Belch looking set to avg 70ish. Ryder gaining confidence and improving 77/82/93

Belch might gain a little extra cash in two weeks time and Ryder riding a couple of price drops/high BE's

if can upgrade for a $115k or so would it be worth considering?

If you think that he's gaining confidence and improving and over the next 2 weeks continues to persuade you of this then yes.

I am considering Ryder as one of my Bartel options.
I never had TBC in my forward line as ruck coverage, but do have Cox on my ruck bench if the option ever arose.
I agree Ryder should get better however would love to see how he scores when Lobbe comes back in.
Would be interesting because this would be the setup Hinkley ultimately wanted.
If Lobbe came back in round 3, Ryder scored a 100+ and there was obvious game plan, I would be all over him.
But as this never happened, I will probably have to pass for now.

I planned from the start to have Ryder as a F6/7 as ruck cover depending on how the seasons trade count is going. He has the potential, my plan was to wait until later on to make sure he was fitting in well

Looking at SC gold i would wait and get him in for the Brisbane game. Nice draw after that as well so should score well

exactly what I was looking at on SC Gold. Will wait and see, no point in going early yet.

give it a week or two and the Bellcho to Ryder trade would be very tempting.. but will be interesting to see how Lobbe will affect Ryder's scoring..

Lobbe back this week, will this have an effect Ryder..... Hhmmmm  Dunno. Maybe his price may take a battering and U can pick him up dirt cheap.

In a few weeks it could be a matter of Ryder being 430k and Belly being 380k and that'd be a pretty easy trade.

It's rare rucks play 22 games, if you don't have backup you're potentially losing 300 points and 2-3 trades.

I wouldn't go near Ryder.  Talented for sure, but wastes it.  Could be a much better player than he is.
