So if people are considering Jamie Macmillan, is anyone considering Rohan playing off half back for much the same cost? Or is it too much a case of once (or more) bitten twice shy?

Looks like Lewis Jetta has that role for now, and yes there is always that thought in the back of our minds that he's a spud

I'd rather Rohan over Macmillan for some reason. But not going near either

Is that just because it suits your structure Rico?

With the premo defenders almost all priced below the 500K, it seems to me if you can pick up a guy priced >200K less than the premos and maybe average 10-15ppg less, it's not a bad place to start to have one of these guys in the line-up... especially with limited rookie options (so far... might get a few putting up hands for round 1 selection).

Grufflez

Reading this name makes me feel sick.

SydneyRox

will be watching the nab very closely to see where he plays. while the talk is jetta in defence, does that mean rohan is running down the wings?

In not starting either of them? Nah because I don't think they're good picks

I am starting a couple of midpricers. Ibbo and Geary are better picks then these boys imo, and add Lumumba at 417k as well

shaker

Have not written him off of becoming a very good player but will have to see more out of him before I pick him again.

Currently have Geary as my back mid pricer but if i need to free up some cash I would lean towards Macmillan over Rohan. Not really basing it on a lot other than the previously mentioned potential spuddiness.

Ditto.  In a perfect world we would be able to have at least 4 playing rookies in defence who would be walk up weekly selections.
In my current team I need a minimum of 2 but 3 would be magic. Reckon I have 2 but won't be comfortable until I see them lining up in Rd.1. The common strategy this year appears to be 4 to 5 defence prems  going strong on this line at the expense of another. Personally don't agree on this and really hanging out for cheap or rookie priced players to fill as much of this line as possible in order to go strong on the other lines.  Such is life. Cheers and all the best.    :)

I have a no go policy on players that have scored -2.
