If you check his stats over the past couple of years it's the same story, you are paying for job security. Cripps or Newton are far better options.

Just quietly how good a player is the Bont going to be!!

Hamling looked alright when he came on for Johanissen. Oxley used the ball allright for Collingwood as well (unsure about JS for either but both played well)

Anyone who is considering Minson would be sleeping a bit easier. He finally put in a decent performance after 2 moderate efforts in NAB 1 and 2.

Bob Murphy isn't getting any younger but it's not stopping him from playing some decent footy. Another potential option in defence.
