I'm confused

You both stated the obvious, so you're both captain obvious LOL :P hehehe

hows it obvious the clubs been super impressed with Langford?

It's obvious that all their rookies are a chance because of the ASADA Saga, and he is a rookie hence he is a chance :)

i had additional info though and i didn't post it cause they are a chance for round 1 i posted it to tell people the clubs very impressed with him

but whatever

Personally he will only play early is if ASADA plays out and they are suspended. He needs to fill out more and gain more strength before getting regular games, presuming we have a full complement to select from.

Gleeson was in R1 and he could hide behind a goal post.

Salem, Newton, Hogan, Vandenberg and Stretch named in the squad to face Freo.

No Brayshaw though and I'll say it again, he will not play round 1 so now is the time to take him out of your sides.

Gleeson played of half-back, wing. Langford would be groomed to be a KPP

Yeah I did notice Brayshaw has been popular but is omitted... For me I'm interested to see how Hogan and alem go, have them in my side atm, and Vandenberg has been in and out, currently out but can easily go back in if warranted...

LOL you cant compare Brayshaw to the best players in other teams :P

After reading a lot of the comments by Melbourne supporters I'm with Ben - cant see Brayshaw playing a lot

Bully

Didn't Brayshaw cop a heavy knock to the head in a recent intra club game?

It wasn't too heavy a knock but in saying that, it was from the human wrecking ball in Jack Viney.

The head knock he sustained a couple of weeks ago has nothing to do with him not being named against Freo though.

Didn't he cop another in training only a few days ago too?

Gleeson played of half-back, wing. Langford would be groomed to be a KPP Nathan Fyfe

They drafted him as a slightly longer-term tall midfield prospect who can take a mark forward, like a Fyfe or a Bontempelli.

I think he may have had another minor head knock but he trained fully today and took part in the match simulation.

He hasn't been named against Freo because he is not in the frame for a round 1 debut.

We'll see him at some stage this year though I'm sure.
