biggest worry from today is that he looked completely disinterested and lazy as said above

hopefully its a one off because they got absolutely outclassed by the crows, wont pull the trigger just yet

Rnd 1  got to wait at least until next week.    Also is he your only problem.   both in backs and wells I am considering going rookies and banking the cash.  for the money why not goodes saad and mactosh on the field.

only headache i really have is Sheed scoring 30, may have to sideways to Brayshaw

Luckily for me, after McIntosh locked himself into Richmonds team I decided to go Goodes at D4 McIntosh and Saad. Happy Camper mostly over here  :D

me either - i actually got him in cos i saw him 'hungry' in a NAB challenge match or two ...   :P   ;)
sideways to another mid-pricer is a big waste of a trade so i'm unlikely to do that and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else ...

if he tanks next week too and is set to leak cash, then i'll at least consider a downgrade to a mid-rook that i couldn't fit in ... then that's ok and not sideways!

sideways trading = mediocrity straight-swapping to ... you guessed it ... mediocrity!  ;)

Although in saying that, to get Goodes to D4 i traded geary to oxley and anderson to wells! So lost points this week on the field but should be good in the long run. Gonna be shattered if geary goes premo!

Yeh not much to gain from going sideways trade, wells should come good and he should be useful in the byes

I got rid of Newnes this morning for Clancee Pearce, 69 v 60.  It freed up cash

Dropped Swallow for Anderson, happy with that so far, also brought in Gray, saved cash for a corrective, or to get a premium mid on a price drop.

Re Wells, I'm gonna hold fire and wait until the end of R2, but Wells is on notice.  Have cash in the bank, so if needed I can trade Wells to Wines before price changes, or sideways to Rich.

no eye deer

Best move I made all week was to manage to raise the cash to upgrade Wells to Danger. ;)

Good move no eye deer.

I have Wells and $228k in the bank. That gives me $589k for a premium mid.  Will wait to see how Wells goes in R2, then deceide to either pull the trigger, but will have to monitor Cripps aswell.  If he gets dropped, I will look at Cripps to Rich.

Got Neale, Steven and Wells, and happy to sacrifice one of them to get Ablett, hoping the great man maintains that 119 average and drops in price.  Even if he maintains his hefty price tag, should get a rise in price from Neale and Steven, and hopefully Wells.

Goosey

Was at the game yesterday, not that I have seen him live much but he looked heavy to me, not in great nick.

YoungGun

Does anybody know why he got subbed off at HT?? Havent seen if it was injury anywhere? was doing fine to HT as well :/

YoungGun

Dont worry, says achilles on match day now. Looks like D. Rich might be coming in hmmmm

He scored quite well in the half he played... I know his cash generation has been set back by a couple of weeks, but I planned on holding him through to his bye anyway. Any news on his injury? Trading him out now won't get the lost points back. I think form here on in he should still average 90 or so until his bye.

Looking at NVB, but have a feeling one of my mids (Cockatoo/Miller) will get dropped, and would rather make a trade there instead.

I guess wait and see if your rookies get named.  Wells did have a good first half but he's exhibiting all the signs of a bad pick:
Extreme inconsistency and injury.  I guess you gotta weigh up if you want to get on a lower priced, more solid option around that mark like Rich or bolster/ shore up your rookies.

Achilles injuries aren't a good. Generally troublesome.

Mate do yourself a favour, admit Rich was the better pick and jump off...exactly what i did just before the game he got subbed out in.
NVB is your downgrade & i reckon sideways trading isnt an option at this price range. gl
