I do at the moment but if goddard is looking like a solid rookie pick I wont feel comfortable naming 3 saints in one line.
There is also Geary to consider as well

I have Newnes, Geary and Goddard in at the moment and I'm ok with it, add in Brown as a rookie and that's 4 defenders out in round 12, but 2 of them rooks. I wouldn't want to add Fisher too though...

How about Alex Rance ??   Reckon he could have a blinder of a season so long as his contract talks are settled before Rd.1 Be very interesting to know the thoughts of other Tiger supporters on this  ??            ;)

Spoken to a few of my tigers mates and they love him but we all know how tigers supporters are though... so i couldnt really take much out of them... id say these options are better than him anyway

Jed Adcock is one I'm considering.

His price is just about perfect to slot in at D5. Had a rough year last year (possibly due to taking over the captaincy), but I could see him returning to a 90 average.

Keep an eye in the next NAB Challenge game, but if he's freed up onto a wing this year he's worth a shot for mine.

Agree. I'd much rather take a shot on Adcock over Lumumba or anyone else around that mark. Jed has years of 90 averaging, but we need to see more of his role in NAB first. His first outing was very good

From that list I like Birchall if he lines up round 1. If he misses round 1 then I would go with Hurn.

My great fear with Rance is the ongoing saga of contract renewal, this more often than not can have a negative effect on performance. My money is that he will leave and has been offered 1.2 million a season, no way can we match that.

It's the number being reported on another Tiger forum, seems unbelievable but then again Freo have never been shy about outbidding their opponents. Rance would be worth 700k a season as an absolute maximum but then again Scully is on similar money and he's a spud.

Bugger !! !!   Couldn't blame him if offered big money regardless of the amount.  But I really hope he stays. Have seen and been to the Tigers last 5 flags, and with Rance in the defence saw the chance of making that 6. Shower I hope he stays.    ::)

What does everyone think of gibbo seeing they'll have lake and frawley to take the best 3 foreards, releases GIBSON and could go massive all year

My comments in the NAB cup player watch thread at the top of the P+T section below

"Teams have to man Gibbo up. He is too dangerous to leave him to do what he wants. But he did average 92.5 last year playing a on the second forward. If he plays the quarterback, loose role then I would think his chances of at least maintaining that average
are very good.

$497k for him though is the negative but only in 2.48% of teams"

On the watchlist for sure.

Ricochet

Doesn't Frawley just replace Spangher. Meaning that Gibson's role remains the same as last year

another "spud" frawley, I reckon spangher should be replacing Frawley.

I'm really liking boris Enright this year! Had an injury rattled year (niggles) and is fitter than ever this year! So consistent can he produce one more stellar one? I'm thinking mid 90s
