Richo is going with the "Best trainers will be picked regardless of age". I don't know how heavy he will stick to this. But by the sounds of how people are training, Goddard looks to be featuring round 1. But we shouldn't be worrying too much about him now. If he is named R1 he is cheap enough to remove someone else and nab him up.

Was pretty quiet during the intra-club game. But will play NAB cup games, probably off the wing and the back flank. Keep an eye out on him. As for me, I got my eyes deep on 2 players (Wright and Billings). Wright wants to become our new rebound defender, and Billings wants to become a fill-time mid. But I don't want to get too many Saints, as we wont win too many games... So not everyone will score well. Newnes is a given so 1 of either Wright or Billings will be for me. And i'll probably go Cripps (Carl) over Acres unless he turns it up in NAB.

Atm my only saints are Fisher and Newnes. Both should avg around the 85-95 mark which is fine this year i think.

I think Cripps will get plenty of opportunities at Carlton this year if he can stay on the track. I hear he is very highly rated but injuries set him back. My only concern is whether he can score well. I'll watch the NAB with interest
