Brown and Scharanberg in backs
Pendles and Freeman in Mids
cox in ruck (doesnt really count)
swan in forwards

total of six pies - yes only two are keepers but is it to many to start with?

Ricochet

No as they don't play in the same position. As long as you're bye structure is fine, then there's no worries at all
JPK, Buddy, Parker, McGlynn, Hannebery, McVeigh, KJack all scored well last year

My Chumps

Surely Scharanberg's not going to be right for round 1 after his ACL?

Yep, get rid of him

Ricochet

Don't think he'll play round 1 but he's way ahead of where he should be at

Collingwood's prized but as-yet unseen young talent Matthew Scharenberg is virtually back in full training, just months after having his knee reconstructed.

Scharenberg joined in match simulation at Collingwood in the last fortnight, which was non-contact but still required him to twist and turn in play, and his knee held up well during the session. He will not play in the club's intra-club practice match at Olympic Park on Thursday night.

No such thing as too many Pies, Cortez.

You could also consider  Cloke, Sidey, Reid, Witts as well. Let alone a few ex Pies like Daisy, Beames, Wellingham. Top of the line choices everywhere.  ;)

Too many pies?

I thought I was going to open this thread and be greeted with a picture of Dane Swan from last season.
