Seriously Melbourne FC can just get flowered. Kids going there are lambs to the flowering slaughter. Sort it out.

What a pathetic comment.

Unlucky injuries have nothing to do with the club. Petracca landed awkwardly at training, it could have happened to any player at any club.

Pull your head in.
Pull yours in. It comes out in the numbers. The top kids are being chewed up and spat out.

What a load of crap. Injuries happen to anyone at any time. A bloke landing awkwardly at training has nothing to do with the club.

What other injuries are you talking about? Please explain how the club is responsible.

I look forward to hearing from you.

I wouldn't say Scully had no direction - He was heading straight towards the other side of the rainbow where the pot of mother flowering gold was

He also has a degenerative knee condition

Surely this means Vandenberg gets elevated.....

From what I've heard Vandenberg was almost 100% guaranteed to be promoted anyway, due to Trengove's navicular, so wouldn't be surprised if two were promoted now....

Agreed that Vandenberg was likely to be promoted.

Who would be the next cab off the rank to be promoted at Melbourne?

James Harmes. 123k mid.

Wouldn't expect him to get games any time soon though.

Poor Melbourne
Poor Melbourne?

Top draft picks:

Scully - no direction, left
Watts - no direction, drifting
Trengove - foot is gone, no trade value, richmond walked
Hogan - back injury for a year

This sort of attitude is all well and good, but try being a Melbourne supporter. Just when you are getting your shower together as a club, this happens. It is devastating for Petracca, devastating for us fans too, but more so for the young man himself.

But what can we do?

It just means we have to keep working hard and try to earn back some respect that's what.

These days you can bounce back from serious knee injuries. Hopefully he can sooner rather than later.

Bring on 2015.

Further to Ben and Mr Adams I really feel for MFC and the young man, I just hope the nucleus of young players they have now reach their potential and stay with the club. If any teams supporters deserve it, it's the Dees supporters, there ain't been much to cheer sbout for quite some time...

Brayshaw just went into about 40,000 extra teams

im not sure they were competing for the same spot but im sure it will help brayshaw play more games as they will want to get games into some of their first year players.

horrible news for recca, lets hipe he bounces back like it looks Hogan will this year.
agree with ya there

You can't honestly be blaming an ACL on the club honza? Lol!
I would understand if all the kids were getting soft tissue injuries or collision injuries at training, then you could say the club is doing the wrong thing but an Injury like this is just pure bad luck.
