I sense the criticism already but I'll just do it,
Wilt Chamberlain.

This guy soaked up 40+ minutes a night for 13 seasons and only went under 70 games once.
As much as his era may invalidate some of his monster statistics, he is still on an entirely different level to anybody who played then or at any other time statistically.

He and GoAT are the only players to average 30+ over their careers, he had a season where he averaged 50, he had a season where he led the league in assists, won 2 championships and 4 MVPs and holds a record number of records (hell, there is an entire wikipedia page dedicated to a list of the records he owns).

Goliath on both ends of the floor.

Ah I'm so unsure about this one, there are at least 5 guys I've strongly considered.
I'll lock down a durable big man,
Bill Russell.

What a good pick

Jay

Steal of the draft so far I think, Wilt is such a dominant force, especially in this format.

Really interested to see the next few picks.

Kobe and Shaq, a duo we know that works for a little bit! Nice one ;)
...Yeah. :P

Karl Malone

Karl had a 19 year career spanning from 1985 to 2004. He played in the era of greatest evers, Magic, MJ, Shaq etc.

Malone played a total of 1476 games, 42 of them with the Lakers the rest with his beloved Jazz.

He averaged 37 minutes in 19 years.

Although he never won an NBA Championship, he never missed playing in the post season. Without him the Jazz would not have been as successful as they were.

He is a two-time NBA MVP, 11 Consecutive All-NBA First team, he averaged 25 points and 10 rebounds per game in the 19 years and never averaged under 30 minutes per game in any season.

The Mailman, Utah's all time leading scorer.

Why does Kobe never work well with great centres?

Next Pick: Larry Bird
And: Oscar Robertson

Larry has the ability to space the court for Kareem. Larry's outside game is almost unstoppable and is a great clutch performer.
Oscar is just too good. Basically averaged a triple-double troughtout his career and he can give me everything passing, scoring and rebounding. My three picks so far will work excellently together and Kareem and Oscar played a few years together at the Bucks.

PG: Oscar Robertson

SF: Larry Bird

C: Kareem Abdul-Jubbar

Kevin Durant

Kevin has been hailed as the only player who can possibly break Kareem's scoring record. So if he's future includes that then i'm pretty happy picking him in this format.

Kevin can do it all, play post, run the ball, cross over, defend and most of all shoot.

He has such a long reach that his arms can just reach over any oncoming defender and nail a three from way down town.

This season he has been run down with injury but has still be able to show us his form from his MVP season.

Kevin is already 5th in the All-Time average points table, and without major injuries in the next ten years he can really charge up into the 1 and 2 spot.

In his MVP year he averaged a total of 32 points per game, 5 assists and 7 rebounds.

He has one of the best Free throw percentages of all time, even went on a streak of about 100 made free throws in a row last season.

He is a player I can play almost anywhere, with his height and his ability to run and carry the ball, i think he is a very underrated player for this format.

Notable Career stats: 568 games played, 568 games started. 27.3 points a game, 5th all time average, only 0.1 away from 3rd, .881 free throw percentage

You the real MVP.

Untill they have a massive fight , no way they could play 10+ years together.

Some scary looking teams there.
It'll be bloody hard to choose the best

He was going to be my next pick too, I was throwing up between him and Malone when I picked Malone.
