I really like Beams as a POD. Might attract some attention, but I reckon he can handle it.

Both will be playing for a new coach, with a new gameplan, and in Beams' case all new teammates. Their roles, and attitudes could change, it's happened before. I'm not expecting either to suddenly drop in a giant hole but I'm doing a big "wait and see", if one or both really fire-up, I'll strongly consider them as upgrades.

Sloane for me.

Both have a side issue to worry about (Sloane contract, Beams family issues).

Both had an average jump in 2014.

Beams is also a bit injury prone though, while Sloane is ultra durable, so that's the decider I reckon.
