I really don't want to be paying over 250k for so many of these SC hacks.

I might have to drop a premium forward for a Salem type then load up with 5 premo defenders
I would do that but I already have 3 guys under 200k playing on my team in the forward line and really don't wanna drop a mid gun.

Newnes and Ibbo or Newnes and rookie.

Probably Newnes and Ibbo.

A lot of interest in Yeo all of a sudden.
Been on him since late last year as an eagles man. Really believe he could go 90+ this year playing exclusively on ball.
Hopefully its just a fan footy thing haha

Lever looks a good chance with the unfortunate stuff with Reilly and possibly Cheney.
Raisy Daisy is right. Don't exhaust urselves too much, rookies will pop up. Any thought in maybe turfing D8 this year and using as a loophole? Saves using a trade on that spot down the track for a 80k-100k profit?

Isnt Yeo still in the rehab group??

Heard he returned to full training a couple of weeks ago...? His running wind be affected by his hand though.

I too have him in and think he can go 90+. Went 16 Disposals for a 74 average taking away sub effected matches. If he gets that up to 20 playing through the midfield he will be a keeper. Even if he goes 80 he's a solid cash cow and will make 100k good pick either way!

Do any Geelong fans think Jed Bews or Billie Smedts could get a regular gig?

Smedts could fill Varcoe's role down back? Bews is arguably already in their best 22, but will he just be a lock down defender?

Thewizz71

Gary Rohan off half back anyone?

The_Captain

Zac Dawson to slot in nicely at d6 and be a keeper.

Jokes aside :P , he's currently nursing a 6-8 week groin injury

cortez

I hear he has got his fitness up will be playing a half back running roll swapping with someone in the midfield, Heard Ross say the other day he is expecting him to avg 150+ in sc this season, hop on!

So a quiet year for Zac then.

Bews will be the lock down small defender, he played the role well last year and can only expect improvement. They tried Kelly there at times last year but he got exposed too often.

Smedts has apparently put on a few kgs and is fitter than last year, but who isn't/hasn't at this time of year, not sure that he's in the best 22 to be honest. No fault of his own, just squeezed out by better players.
