What are people's thoughts - worth considering at $570k?

I am looking at Gibbs as well. I think I would rather monitor them as potential upgrade targets. They have the first bye so they are ideal in that situation

I don't see Carlton improving a whole heap, based on that I might struggle to pick Marc even though I am a big big fan.

Fair enough mate, I don't think people should focus on how bad a side is tho. Look at Ward/Gaz/Rocky etc. their teams aren't the best but look how they score!

Oh absolutely! I do feel like Marc requires more support than an Ablett/Rocky to perform. Maybe its because his inside game isnt as strong as those you mentioned? Not 100% sure, just a gut feel :P

He still hasn't come to terms to smash a tag and this is shown with a high standard deviation. I couldn't pay 570k for him.

I think he has found his level.
Not a bad pick. Just won't hit the 115 like his younger years when Judd was the automatic tag.

108 for the year I reckon

Will improve, matter of opinion in how much he will. Go with your gut, you'd want around 115 or more at that price though. I think he's a chance

110+ lock I reckon. Possibly a few higher scoring/better value picks, but he's very reliable.

My 5th in line in the midfield, so just misses out on a spot in my side.
