To anyone considering him. Was BOG in brisbane's intra club match. Played a running half back role to cover hanley. Priced at around 280K can be selected as a mid/fwd.

Don't have his stats from game if anyone does they could post them here. Or ask ringo.

Or read the brisbane boards section

With mid/fwd DPP and with his brother now at the club some will be tempted to pick him.

Not for me though.

Who played HB on the other team and then which player is better...?

Ringo

Did not get to the intra club to see who was playing HB and being overseas did not catch any training resumptions. Claye Beams was training with mid group prior to Christmas. Maybe even another shot by Leppa to extend players similar to what he did to Mayes last year,

Suspect with the injury to Hanley we are looking for options and with Clarke also injured options are starting to dwindle. Could be the plan is for Rich back to midfield and beams to run of HB and maybe interchange,  If this was to be the case then my pick of Rich would have to be reconsidered as he will no doubt get a tag in midfs.

It has already been announced that Lester will be given first crack at Patfuls role so will be watching the NAB cup with interest,

Others with run of HB to be considered are Harwood, Golby and Cutler with McStay and Staker capable of playing both ends of the ground.

Dayne said in an interview that Claye will be off the halfback line this season. Good kick and run so could be a good pod pick

With his constant injuries each year making him awkwardly priced every year, I honestly think he will never be SC relevant

If you were guaranteed full 22 games RD, what would you think he could produce? hyperthetically.
I'd firmly believe no more than 82/83

Honestly? I reckon 65ish

How many Brisbane players can average over 80? They already have heaps of SC guns

Very true, playing half back though would have to warrant into the 70s. He's just not going to be able to compete for points with the top guys.

Ringo

For information look at Ryan Harwood scores over the later part of last year to see what can be done.  He will bo one of those Beams will be competing with for a spot. Still the same amount of points to go around each game and with the reduction in "clutch points" impact may not be as much.

Harwood rumored to have OP ringo.

Heard that rumour but have not been able to confirm yet Strikes. Hopefully the intra club trial for 20th is at Coorparoo so I may go down and have a look and form own opinions.
