Defently better than Varcoe, I'm just hoping some rookie defender can push in line for the pies

Hope Seedsy plays. He's part of my cheapest practicable defence.      :)

Seedsman>>>>Clint Young

Wow, this!
I'm also sick of people who see the Herald Sun journo's opinions as gospel. It's entirely that, opinion.

Nobody outside of the club has much of an idea about those fringe-22 players. It's going to be clearer at the end of the NAB cup and crystal by the time teams are released for rd 1. Until then, speculation.

From my POV Seedsman will compete with Fasolo for the running HB position, with Varcoe lining up on the wing. The only reason I mention Fas is because of last year's trial period (when Seedy was injured mind you) and the fact that he is internally rated as an elite kick. Fasolo may be moved forward to rotate through the mids with Elliott as well, resting fwd to play small.
I've never been convinced by C Young, he's always seemed like a depth player that can pinch-hit to cover injuries. I could be proven wrong though.

we all know that it's just 1 persons opinion but it's a person who has a bit more insight than your average Joe, just like a lot of people on this site and others, for me is all about cross referencing and the more information you get the better

I dunno... some of these people just seem to have no idea...
Like the recent "N Jones v J Hogan," that springs to mind. I mean, clearly Jesse is the number 1 important player at the Dees! With a massive 0 games 0 kicks 0 marks 0 goals next to his name.

At HS, money >>>> daylight >>>> quality.

You have managed to sum up the Murdoch press in one very simple equation. Well done sir.

Anyway, Seedsman IMO fully fit is in the best 22 at Collingwood. Awkwardly priced but they need that run and kicking skill he possesses off the half-back line now that Harry L has left.

Varcoe I can see as a burst player who plays on the wing, may well be a good vest candidate early in the season.

I don't think Young would be in the best 22 at Collingwood. Look at the chances he had last season? He didn't impress at all IMO.

And when you saw his clanger against the Suns that could have should have won the game, you wonder if his cards are marked?

11.5 on Mitchell. That seems like a lot

Pretty sure it was reported somewhere that he was expected to be this years Luke Parker of last year which would make him pretty popular. I think this may be his first full preseason as well. Hope that helps mate.    :)

wish they would update the % of players owned.
