Season 0: The Prologue

For the remainder of the 2014/15 Shield Season, a simple league tournament will be run.

Round 1: 24th Feb
Round 2: 5th March
Round 3: 13th March

Round 1:
1. South Australia vs West Australia
2. Northern Territory vs Australian Capital Territory
3. Queensland vs New South Wales
4. Victoria vs Tasmania

Round 2
5. Winner Match 1 vs Winner Match 2
6. Winner Match 3 vs Winner Match 4
7. Loser Match 1 vs Loser Match 2
8. Loser Match 3 vs Loser Match 4

Round 3
9. Winner Match 5 vs Winner Match 6 (For 1st and 2nd)
10. Loser Match 5 vs Loser Match 6 (For 3rd and 4th)
11. Winner Match 7 vs Winner Match 8 (For 5th and 6th)
12. Loser Match 7 vs Loser Match 8 (For 7th and 8th)

There will be no home ground advantage for any matches, all rules and modifications will be worked on during the off season. There will be no cash bonus for winning these games.

Selection Regulations
- At least two batsmen and two bowlers must be named. (A keeper counts as a batsman, an All Rounder can count as either a batsman or bowler. If you have any queries as to what position your player is, contact me)
- Each team is to name a captain
- Each team may name up to three emergencies in order or preference, should one of their on-field players not play.
- Points will be awarded as stated here.
