Ward and Watson for me though I can see the reason why JPK and Danger is also popular. I think Ward is going to kill it this year and while I think JPK probably slightly edges him, there won't be much between them. Watson is underpriced and I think M5 is somewhere you have to pick value. Danger is only underpriced if he can ramp his scoring back up, I see more resons to think he won't then to think he will...

Holz

I extremely doubt you won't change the rest of your team.

JPK is the best pick but I don't like the murphy or danger pick. Not sold on ward.

Out of all the options I would go none.

Jpk Watson

Jpk Watson

I might make some slight changes in the players I pick but the structure and cash that I have to spend is very unlikely to change. All the players I have selected apart from Newnes are proven premiums so I don't need to see how they perform during NAB to influence whether I pick them or not. Barring injury between now and round 1, I have quite a few players that are locked in.

Rookies will obviously change so I will be watching how they perform during NAB.

Woppa15

Not a combination you have but I've gone Ward and Parker.

But of your options I'd say Ward and Watson.

Considered Barlow/Watson for a few minutes last week but, no, Ward and Watson have been locked in solid, big years for both.

RaisyDaisy

I was really hoping Ward would continue to be a POD, but it seems like he will be very popular this year

Haha yeah it's really looking like a few of us were sitting there rubbing our hands thinking what a uniques he could be as a starter...

If it helps, I'm loving the fact people are picking him now. Not convinced by him at all.

I'm going JPK Watson/sloane as my M4 M5

Sloane should be in this conversation. 19/22 100+ is pretty good.

Do you have reasons for not being convinced by Ward Holz? Sloane went 19/22 but Ward had two injuries games at the end of the season but besides that went 100+ 16/19 times. That's 3 sub 100 games, two of which were scores of 92 and 93.

No question there for me. Ward and Watson just feels solid and safe.

Any combo with Danger and Murph is ruled out for me because you just dont know what they will do.
Could avg 105, could average 115. I dont like uncertainty in the midfield. Theres enough of that on the rest of the field :P

You think Watson is more safe than Danger or Murph?

He will be 30 years of age at the start of the season.
He has missed 17 games over the last 4 years.
He has only averaged 112+ once in his career.

Watson is definitely in the mix for me but I wouldn't say he is safer than Danger or Murph.

Danger is all but gone from Adelaide. We've seen time after time players struggle that have contract negations with a media circus following them all year. He's hot and cold at the best of times.

Since taking the #1 tag Murphy has been anything but convincing.

Watson is underpriced and if injury free will go 110+ I think thats pretty safe to say

Out of your options there I like Ward/Watson as well, though I've got Danger/Cotchin as my M4/M5 combo at the moment, risky I know but looks like it may be a fairly unique option :P

Murphy went 110 unsubbed last season man.

Yeah thats why I said earlier that 105-115 wouldnt surprise me but I just feel like Watson is a lot safer to go 110+ without injuries.
He was averaging 113 before injury last year, 116 unsubbed the year before and 118 the year before that.

Age and injury a risk, but you know what you will get from him if he plays
