Furthermore, if, like me you've lost access does it mean that if/when I re-subscribe the team I put together in my now defunct 2015 team picker will still be there, or will it have been vaporised? I didn't have it written down anywhere! :-\

I paid for 12 months and didnt get 12 months .

Its not petty as people pay $$$$$ small or large to play SC .That means the people running the comp should disclose " all " rules and how points are awarded ,though CD and HS dont.
Now i have paid $ the other day to join a site that has 83 areas on how afl points are awarded to players and teams . Unfortunately the one i was wanting doesnt show up and thats " hitouts to advantage " .

If i am allowed to i will put the www site up but only if the Mods approve as i dont want to upet anyone. I have no financial / shares or ideas re running the site or do i know anyone that owns or runs the site . I am a paid up member just hunting around for some facts.

I had Gold during 2010 or 2011, I can't remember. I don't think it's worth it. Too many other options available for free.

Hey guys, just bought gold, it's showing player projections etc but not what I want, the % in teams. Anyone know why

I am getting projections / breakevens from last years gold , % in teams are you talking about byes ? anyway spill your guts about what you are getting and $$ it costs :P

PS just clicked about % in teams as in overall in all teams click on coaches choice

Think I'll stick with SC gold full digital package $1 for first 28 days then $6 bucks a week over 5 months that is north of $120 dollars no thanks

If I have Foxtel at home does that give me subscription to fox sports and access to supercoach gold

Hey Fellas,

I'm wondering about this whole HeraldSun+ thing.

How many people out there are wanting to play the cup? I would love to play it as it is a really cool idea, but I think I am finding it too expensive.
$1 for the first 4 weeks, then $6 a week after that, ends up over $100 and does that end at the end of supercoach? or does it go for 12 months? if so that is even more expensive that originally thought.
Is there anyone out there looking at buying it? have it? etc. What are the general thoughts on this?

Just looking for some direction and if people this it is actually worth it.

It is a marketing strategy by HS to try and increase their digital subscriptions.

For those that have been playing SC for a while we have seen the transfer of some stuff that was free into SC Gold.

For those youthful players of SC I agree it is an unwanted imposr against your hard earned cash so you will need to weigh up benefits. I did not buy SC Gold but am a digital subscriber to the Courier Mail in Qld so that entitles me to be in the cup.

There is no way that I would pay $6 every week just to read the news. $20 once off a year for SC Gold is fine, but that doesn't get you into the SC Cup I believe

If you're an avid news reader then look into getting the paper delivered. My parents get the Sun delivered, and that includes a free subscription, so luckily for me I've been using the free subscription for years now

Yeah I get SC Gold but won't pay for the digital subscription,lucky we have foxtel so we get it with that.

When they increased the subscription for the Courier Mail they offered digital subscription for free, So I took that up meaning I get a 7 day a week delivery, digital subscription as well. Digital subscription comes in handy though RD as you can read it anywhere on the Tablet as the whole paper is available in PDF format each day very handy when away.

$6 a week to get the news, SC Gold for NRL and AFL and full match replays of the NRL (I don't have foxtel) is worth it IMO. I would read articles from Brisbane and Melbourne everyday use up the free articles per week in one day without a subscription.

Thanks for all the info fellas, I've done some searching around and my grandparents get the paper delivered and have for eternity. If anyone can help me set up that free subscription to my supercoach account and use their subscription I will be set. I am just useless and don't know where to start!
