Not a Port fan, but a big fan of Amon. He's in for a big year, but I wouldn't pick him for fantasy.

Jackross10

Haileybury Boy 8) I think/I hear that he will get games but most likely sub/not every game.

RaisyDaisy

Going to be hard to break into one of the best teams

Sub vest, in and out at best

Mr.Craig

Could be something. Doesn't get a heap of it but a good user of the ball.

Won Port Magpies best First Year Player last year so he can play a bit as well. Doesn't find a heap of it but enough for a rookie priced player and kick:handball ratio is good too

I think he'll find it too difficult to hold a regular spot in the Port team. If he's named in round one and not the sub then he has to be considered but he will be one of those guys who, if he puts in two average games in a row, or just one poor game then he will be out for a fair while.

People also said that about Langford and the Hawks in a much stronger side. It's a hard one to call, but can't rule him out

Key difference is Langford had a role earmarked in pre-season. What's Amon's role. Running? The whole team blasts the comp in 4th quarters!

Its January mate, like Langford we won't know if he has a role or not until NAB
