Thinking of using two trades:
One i'm definitely using is Goodes to Hunt
The other one i cant decide between:
Griffen to Neale/Hanneberry
Hibberd to Smith/Simpson
Which of the two, and in that trade which player to go to?

Neither, Hibberd will come good, he had a bad first week but hes proven. Hold.
Trading Griffen isn't worth it either, unless you go to a super premo. Wait for JPK and then pounce.

Beams is a better pick than JPK.

I'm looking at bringing him in for Griffen.

Can afford to wait a couple of weeks though as Beams is still dropping in price.

As a keeper defender...

Hodge or Smith?

Would personally go Smith, Hodge's DT to SC ratio is generally poor, but wow he has started this season on fire
Averaging 33 touches, and his game today was out of this world, however that will not happen every week
Plus that dreaded general 'soreness' or 'injury' may come to curse you as always, has not played a full year for a very long time

Got another idea for a trade:
Griffen out, Saad to MID and bring in Smith/Hodge

Is it a good idea? Which out of two should i bring in?
Also Lumumba could go into the mid instead of Saad, allowing me to play one of McIntosh/Oxley each week.
Should itake an extra DEF or MID rookie?

Kolo->Hooker + Bartel->Bont

Vs

Kolo->Hooker + Bartel->Blicavs Via Bellchambers.

Leaning towards the later. Like the look of Blicavs and I don't rate Bont enough. If I could afford Swan maybe I would go that option.

BomberSam

Definitely the latter option. That would give you ruck cover with Bellcho back in the forward line, right? I feel those that stay off the Bouffantempelli hype train will be rewarded.

BomberSam

Planning to upgrade Goodes to a defence keeper this week.

Thinking Simpson vs. Smith. Thoughts?

Any other suggestions? Not considering Hodge yet, I get a bad feeling.

Coverage for when Bellcho inevitably breaks down is a huge incentive for moving him into the forward line at the moment. I have Salem/Hogan/Lamb rotating through the bench with Lamb on loophole duties.

Also I'm now thinking McDonald over Hooker. Which still leaves me short on Swan lol!

That's a problem I have too. I traded Mummy out for (you can stop reading now) Tex after round 1 via big Tommy Bellcho and now it's him and Maric in the ruck. I realize both of those fellas could go at any time and every week is a risk. I think I'll have to go Bellcho back to the forward line and Tex up to a Goldy or someone at some point, I just want Tex to do something first. Belly will just sit on the forward bench by the end of the season.

My forward bench is similar, with Salem/Clark/Hogan rotating through in recent weeks. I have traded out Lamb for Krakouer now and I think he will get an onfield spot ahead of Clark and Hogan.

As I said in the Mummy thread I think you're being a bit hasty, Lamb to Krak is another example... I would hit the reverse button on that. Krak's only played 1 game, did well but if he goes out and gets a 10 and injury this week then you've just burned another trade for nothing. I'm also thinking of going Lamb to Krak but will only trade him in after this week, if Krak goes 80+ again then his BE will be so negative that even if he gets a 0 the next week he'll make some cash. You can't predict injuries I know, but the only upside to getting Krak this week is he might (MIGHT!) outscore someone you have on your field. He also might not... and he'll make no money this week...

What about Mummy v MArtin this weekend

Mummy v the Suns
Martin v Eagles

I think Mummy turns it around this weekend. Thoughts?

Nope.

Smith is killing it!

I actually have Mummy and Smith as my rucks in SC.

Hope either mummy dominates or they both score well
