Just going back to the Dusty vs Buddy vs Goddard vs Deledio

I was going with Lids and Goddard, then deciding between Dusty and Buddy, and I am now leaning towards Buddy

Dusty seems to have a lot of scores between the 80-110 range, but Buddy can go massive so often, and on his quiet days should still get a 70-90 score

Hmmmm, thinking Buddy has to be locked now. Grrr just wish I could start all 4 lol.

I'll give you something else to think about. Gold Coast in their first 8 weeks have Melbourne, St Kilda, Geelong, GWS, Brisbane, Adelaide, West Coast and Collingwood.

What do you think Harley Bennell can average in those first 8 weeks? Wouldn't shock me if he went 110+

I like Bennell a lot, reckon we could see a break out season. The problem being there's so much value in the forward line that it seems prudent to go with the tried & trusted.

Mantis

Fyfe - Ibbotson (d4)
V
Swallow - prem defender (already have shaw, Hibberd, birchall)

Yeh agree 100% in past years I'd take a punt on Bennell or even Devon Smith but this year I can't see myself not starting Goddard deledio Franklin/Dusty or swan lol my risk taking will have to be else where.

Fyfe and Ibbo

Ibbo at D4 is fine as long as Dawson, McPharlin and Johnson are all fit come round 1. If not, then Ibbo will have lockdown roles that will hurt his scoring a bit

So true. I'd love to start Bennell and Smith, but it's just too hard to fit them in now with all the new proven additions to the forward line. I reckon Bennell you could start if you wanted a POD, but cant see Smith fitting in

Right now I don't have Lids or Buddy in my forwards.

This will change countless times before lockout but I'm definitely warming to starting Bennell.

Very happy now that we didn't trade him in WXV   :o

Anyway Selwood vs Fyfe?

honza

Selwood because he stays on the park, simple as that.

Ricochet

Tough man, I'd probably go Fyfe because he has potential to really go 125-130+ but Jelwood is safe

Mark

Lids or Goddard...

flip of the coin I think

:)

I have Deledio,   Martin,   Bennell   and   J Martin up forward.

Gazza,   Pendlebury,   Delwood,   Ward   and   Prestia   in the middle  and would dearly love to keep them all.  If I need any more money may have to break the Mummy,  Nicnat  partnership.   Cheers. Ireally honestly believe that Bennell could explode nuclear this year.      ;)
Is it too much to have Gazza and Prestia in the middle  and Bennell and Jack Martin up forward  as I have now  ??      :-\ ;D :) ;)

Not much talk on this guy but only $10k more than Kreuzer and most people have him in front off Smith within the best 22 at GC, pity he was injured all last year so we didn't get to see him but he's been training well and I'm interested.

Nicholls v Kreuzer? Why/why not with who you choose? Thanks everyone :))

Dixon going down helps Nicholls, but it's a no from me with Zac around. The ruck is the only predictable position. Less competition means more points, simple as that.
