trading for Savege and I think he will score significantly higher than Newnes. Savage has nearly averaged 100 in his last 10 games.

Averaged 93 but has scored more tons than Simpson in that time, good pick.
Wow thats quite a stat, I know its very sideways but I really believe he could end up a 10-15 ppg better than Newnes. just hope Rich doesnt decide to use him as a tagger, I noticed in the second last game of the year he tagged Cooney and scored 46.

The number one tagger is Weller, number two Geary and it's unlikely they will use a third one. I think Savage is a safe pick and I would have preferred him over Geary for the reasons above. Cash prevented that but he still may be an option for Goodes.

I got sucked into the Clancee Pearce  rather than Goodes selection so im punting Newnes and Pearce to Savage and Christ knows who under $360k, any suggestions? im thinking Bruce for pure fast money generation and then punt.
Do you think you will hold Goodes for the minute of punt him this week?

Under 360k is tough, it's probably a trap to get these guys in, perhaps Henderson who seems to be running into some form. I would hold off and wait for a fallen premo or find a way to get Brodie Smith, he seems the most likely to hit 105 this year.

Agree

Guys like Savage and McDonald look good, but I think we needed to start them to take the risk. Trading them in now, and then potentially having to trade them again later is a massive waste.

If they can keep it up, over a larger sample size, then they become a keeper/premium option

was seriously considering Savage tonight..

Slashers

He's pulling those annoying scores that aren't low enough to rage trade him, and not high enough to be satisfied.
ARGHHHH! So frustrating.

Just has to sit there unfortunately >:(

For those carrying Newnes I would be seriously thinking about ditching him, Hibberd may drop to 460k and would be a great sideways trade. Jack is one of the biggest butchers of the ball playing, can't see him averaging more than 80.

I also want Smith but may have to wait, as mentioned above Hibberd would be a great option, his BE is 148 so he will come down in price.

Frustrating for sure.. but geez he can find the pill.. just needs to tidy up his disposal big time..

AaronKirk

His DE isn't the biggest concern I have.

Only 1 tackle and 5 contested possessions isn't enough, particularly in those conditions. For now I am going to persevere.

He lacks awareness and composure, you can't teach that. Guys like this will struggle their whole career, he's good for an 80 average but that's about it.
