Scaled to 90  8)
I know, I'm taking that!! He did have a heap of it, just was down on DE.
He's got great defensive pressure!
Id take that any day of the week even at the end of the season from D5/D6

Torpedo10

Bigger issues than this, if he can slightly raise his level to average 90 he's a top ten defender.

ando_10

how did that happen lol

tkringle

Amazing what a week can do. Both him and lalalabumba looking good

Ricochet

lol hope some rage traded him

StuL

There's really no defender going to avg 100 so 90 is good if he can maintain it. Think he can.

I hope they all raged traded to Geary  :P

I traded him to Geary to free up cash, both will finish the season with an 80 average. Not sold on Newnes, his disposal is sloppy and he was flattered by a 10 point scaling. There will be many more better options as the season unfolds.

So you traded to someone who wont be a keeper and wont make enough money to justify 2 trades?

Geary is a high standard deviation player, could easily hit 480k if he strings together a few big games. With the lack of back line rookies mid price was the only way to go, already have Saad, McIntosh, Oxley & Brown. At worst he becomes a good back-up option, not fussed if he stays in my team for the entire season. Of course the validity of this trade hinges on Rich having a few good weeks, if he does then the gamble has paid off.

Colty

trading for Savege and I think he will score significantly higher than Newnes. Savage has nearly averaged 100 in his last 10 games.

Averaged 93 but has scored more tons than Simpson in that time, good pick.

Wow thats quite a stat, I know its very sideways but I really believe he could end up a 10-15 ppg better than Newnes. just hope Rich doesnt decide to use him as a tagger, I noticed in the second last game of the year he tagged Cooney and scored 46.
