With Fantasy opening tomorrow and the NAB starting in a month I thought I might ask for some thoughts to get the talk rolling!

So which two do you guys reckon out of Heppell, Jelwood and Cotchin

Mr.Craig

I think Heppell and Jelwood are both justifiable picks. Cotchin will stay around a 100 average and outside the top 12 mids.

Would have to go Selwood out of those three. I wouldn't touch Cotchin, and Heppell is good, but I think Selwood is much better.

Mr.Craig

Selwood does have the runs on the board.

Barra13

Selwood always starts slow, better off as an upgrade target.

If I were to start with any of them it would be Heppell, since he debuted he has shown the capacity to score well and he is very capable of being that unique midfield premium.

Very interesting guys! I'm likely to start Heppell as I think Watson is still the front runner for tags so it's the tough choice between Jelwood and Cotchin

Definitely Jelwood. Don't touch Cotchin.

Jelwood starting off slow would still be better than Cotch. Maybe consider someone else around that price range.

Hep D & Jelwood easily.

After starting Cotchin for the last 2 years, I have to say he is a lower tier premium - fantasy wise. He's a player who should be, like in 2012, an upgrade target. If you start him he does nothing but frustrate you.

I'm tossing up between Dusty & Lids, or Dusty & Goddard myself

Cheers mate, yeah I've always advocated for having premiums from an array of teams. I'll keep Lids as an upgrade target. Hopefully T. Mitch guns it this season
