I know a lot of people are starting both but I am going to start Martin over one of them as I think he can improve heaps this year anyways if you had to choose one who would you choose?

Franklin: Im leaning towards him as he is expected to start really well and his price should go up heaps, but then again he Is a KPP which means eventually he will throw out a shocker and that will see his score go down heaps and he could go sub 500k.

Goddard: He is slightly underpriced already in my opinion but don't think he will go up much. He is super consistant so wont go down either.

who would you choose and why?

MS sounds like you have answered your own question mate.   Do you want reliability or potential high and low scores.   this will drive the choice of player.  By years end probably 1-5 points difference in average.

But from what I have heard Franklin will get off to flyer and that will see his price go up heaps.

Goddard and Buddy over Lids!
Big call there mate :o
Top 5 forwards this year.
Swan, Gray, Lids, Martin and then one of Goddard and Franklin

Dayze

Buddy the more likely to throw in a stinker.
Personally can't see why anyone would leave out either

SydneyRox

I will be choosing both and think Franklin is a massive lock. His role is not a traditional KPP like a Tippett, he showed last year that he is going to be let loose to do what he does best, a bit like how the swans used to use Goodes.

So the call should be Goddard v martin and Goddard wins that comfortably

Money Shot

As said earlier I have locked Martin in just you wait until he cleans up his disposal efficiency 8)
I think I'm leaning towards Goddard purely because he is under priced and likely to go up where as Buddy will eventually throw in a shocker and be a great upgrade.

I was looking at not starting Buddy, then I saw he only plays the Bombers once and that is round 1. That is a team he always tends to go huge against. If you want to be on for the roller coaster, you need those big scores and that is one I wouldn't want to miss out on

WTF? Two posts and 30minutes ago you are leaning towards Goddard??

I'll have both. The top 5 forwards will be Goddard, Lids, Buddy, Gray and Martin.

Goddard Swan Martin im probably all picking but Buddy is probably the biggest lock in my team. He is under priced and has years of being a super premo, pretty confident he keaps up his second half of the season form all year.

not even thinking about it Buddy will be the second picked in my team after Goldy.
