Yes my team in averages from last season doesn't look great.

But, when you consider a few things then it looks a bit better.

Also I missed him in my team thread sorry RD but Vlastuin was my 5th pick and Cameron my 6th

Netherlands Privateers - Average from best SC season + unsubbed average for Kelly/Vlastuin)
Trent Cotchin - ~116
Jack Redden - ~109
Josh Kelly - ~78
Matt Leuenberger ~102
Nick Vlastuin ~ 68 or Jeremy Cameron ~ 66
Total = 473 (with Vlastuin)

Not I'm not saying all those players will get back to their best averages however, given their ages it's not unreasonable to expect them all to improve this season.

However, they're all young and should improve. I'd expect Kelly to avoid the vest and improve to at least and 80-85 avg and Berger should be well up on his average from last year.

We also have Nick Haynes who averaged a shade over 80 last season before going down with injury (excluding the game where he got injured and scored 8).

So write us off at your peril :P

The averages are just a guide, perhaps a line to start with, that's all

Players will get injured, players will improve and some will decline

I think there is no clear favourites at all and most teams can win it. Should be a really interesting season!
