Think Sinclair might have picked up a pre season injury.

He broke his finger nothing to even worry about

I just did my own quick analysis on the 2014 stats of NicNat, Cox and Lycett

When Lycett and Cox played it seems that Lycett did the bulk of the ruck work and in turn scored well, but when NicNat and Lycett played NicNat clearly did the bulk of the ruck work. Lycett still scored well'ish, but NicNat will clearly be doing more ruck work which means without Cox Lycett will spend more time forward than in the rucks

I reckon Lycett will average mid 90's quite easily this season. Cant see him averaging 100, so 418k for a mid 90's average will make you money and score well, but reckon Kreuz and Leuy might be better options saving the cash

Hard call either way, but ultimately Lycett will not be a keeper, so I personally don't think I would be putting up over 400k for a non keeper at this stage

Lycett will be a is better right now and will be superior player. Gotta play him over Sinkers. Hes unlucky though, best 3rd choice ruck in the league!

eaglesman

lycett will do a lot more ruck work this season though mate it should be his natural progression
they are not going to hammer Nic nat with a massive workload and burn him out

I have Lycett in the FWD line as a DPP link to ruck. Anyone think this is a good idea??

Yep - Numbers in previous years without Nicnat/Cox suggest he is a lock!

Still a huge risk tho as he's never averaged a lot and could succumb to the breakout blues.

Just did some more research on this bloke.

All but 1 of his good scores were in wins - alarm bells.

It's West Coast though. A few years ago they got the wooden spoon, then nearly won the prelim the next season. God knows what they're planning out there.

 ???
Wouldn't Lycett be a good keeper RD ??  Fill your forward 6 with prems and have him benched in between forward and ruck for the finals ??     :)

But if you plan to have him benched why not just go with Belly?

Because when Lycett covers someone not playing, he will get a decent score. Whereas Belly won't :)
