Not a bad effort here mate.

DEF: I like the structure here with Waters at D5 but am not a fan of the Henderson pick. Very unclear as to what his role will be this year. Will make you look like a genius if it comes off but I think that's unlikely. Shaw has burnt me far too many times so is on my never again list, he can score very well but almost always misses a few games every year generally for being a tosser.

MID: I really like your first 4 picks but am not a fan of the Steven pick. I just don't think he will average enough to be a keeper. If you think he can average at least 110 then keep him.

RUC: Very risky here with two very injury prone players. I would keep one and upgrade the other.

FWD: This line looks great. First 3 picks are must haves and Ziebell is a great POD that could definitely breakout this year. My worry is that he is a bit injury and suspension prone but if he can avoid that then he will be a top 10 forward I reckon. Bellchambers is a must as the RUC/FWD link is very important this year with one on the ruck bench and most teams having at least one injury prone ruckman.

I love this team to be honest cant really fault it.
Few risky picks but all have good reasons.
Love the pods and cant fault it now.
Just a note: If the rucks flop in pre season you are going to have to find a way toget 100-200k really fast so just keep that in the back of your mind. That's what I am messing around with now on my thread and finding 200k is harder then it looks.

Cherers, guys, yeah i will be looking at a few in particular for the preseason, if waters or henderson receive injuries i will downgrade waters to a rookie and upgrade henderson to newnes. Same with the rucks aswell as their injury past isnt the best

Played around with the team a bit more, would love some thoughts.

Backs- Swapped Whitecross to Mckenzie as i think whitecross will struggle to make the side at least at the start of the year and may use him as a downgrade option later on. With the extra cash swapped Ibbotson to Newnes.

Mids- Traded J.Steven down to a rookie in De Goey as a lot of people were telling me not to pick Steven due to him most likely receiving more attention now hes the saints best mid. this gave me 250k.

Rucks- Swapped Kruezer to Naitanui as he will hopefully have a better and injury free year.

Forwards- Still had enough extra cash to upgrade Ziebell to Martin. Pretty happy with the forward line.

Hard to fault this team.
I'm not on the Newnes train just yet but plenty are. Will be keeping a close eye on his pre season games.
Great balance of keepers over all lines, very solid squad.
