Ricochet

Defence is very weak man. Needs more premo's in there. Expecting a bit much of KKolo and McKenzie at D2 and D3. Also be careful of Ibbo. If McPharlin, Dawson and Johnson are all playing round 1 then jump on because Ibbo will get a bit of freedom. But atm Johnson is still returning from injury so if any of those 3 are missing, expect Ibbo to get more of a lockdown role and his scoring will drop off.

Only other concern is Lycett in the fwd line mate. Tom Mitchell would be a much better pick for not much more. Or if you're looking for a dpp ruck then Bellchambers will score more than Lycett and is a lot cheaper.

I prefer Hibbo to Simpson personally, much more consistent.
KK and McKenzie are fine pick, Malceski might take away any FWD tags and the suns have a somewhat easy early draw.
Doubt any of those 3 backline rookies will score well/get games. Watch NAB cup.
I have no idea what scores Ibbo will be putting out. Be careful!.
I see Libba struggling badly without Griffen, maybe go for Ward or Fyfe?
I don't see carlton improving much, so will Gibbs improve much?
Not a fan of Rich or leuenberger?
Get Hogan in your fwds for either Tarrant or Saad, and then maybe look at Membrey as well. Watch NAB for rookies.
Nic Nat is very fit, so I wouldnt expect Lycett to improve that much. Like Ricochet said, Mitchell or Bellchambers are options, or other midpricers like Martin, Thomas etc

Thanks for the advice guys. Looking at the first team i kinda shudder but hey thats what this is all about. Here is my latest attempt. i know Ryder in the Forward line won't be a popular choice and IM not 100% sold on it myself but looking at DPP options. I've managed to cover everywhere except FWD/DEF.

Mr.Craig

And how long were you planning to keep the no Collingwood thing up for?

Thunderbolts

Waters in Def needs to be changed now that he's retired.

Kellogscrunchynut

Like the selection of Simpson in the backline not many with him this pre season so he is shaping up as a unique pick. As I'm sure you know Waters has retired so you'll need to find an alternative for him.

Solid mids just don't know if Martin there is a good idea unless you really want that DPP link guess it could work.

Interesting pick with Ryder in the forward line I'd stand off for now since he's at a new club without confirmation what type of role he will play at the power. Although he should score well and he could be a great unique pick.

Rucks are on point.

Mr Craig.................all day long man. All day long. As a blue its written in the code book to have no collys......lol

Kellogs Cheers for the headsup. I agree the selection of Ryder in the forwards could be pure genius or a smashing disaster. Only time will tell. As for Martin. I'm sitting on the fence with him. I want to know he can go a few games without injury. Will be watching the NAB

He's only missed 3 games in his career all of them for suspension, not many more durable than him.

Also didn't really take into account the flexibility that having Ryder to switch into the rucks if need be, very interesting idea providing there is decent bench cover it could be a masterstroke.

Had to make a couple of Changes. One being Waters was gone and 2 i had inadvertently put a collywobble on my bench
So here is how things stand now

Sorry man had the wrong Martin in mind. Yes Dusty is very durable.

Nice team. Some POD in there too. Not sure on Clarke and memburys scoring potential being that great. Same with watson down back

Good mids and forwards though
