2014 Elxam Awards: Best Coach or Coaching Panel in Euros Iceland Polar Bears

This award is for the best who you think is the best coach or coaching panel in the Euros comp
It doesn`t have to be a nomination for the coach who won the premiership it can be for the coach you feel has done a great job drafting,trading etc


Could you please include the reasons as to why you think the coach deserves to win this award you can give examples of trades etc or it could be that the coach has built a good list or maybe they have done a very good job of re-building a team

I`ll will nominate HP and Daz from the Iceland Polar Bears
They finished 5th on the ladder at the end of the season then had to go it the hard way to the Grand Final and managed to defeat the flag favorites Serbia
They managed to build a nice team with good depth without having outright premo players

only thing i ever done was create a polar bear so bad it was good...LOL

So the poll isn't as bland as a two horse race, I'll nominate the ever-choking former Serbian Coach Holz (Minor Premiers but never tasted the glory of a premiership cup) and also the Coaching panel from Belarus (Huggy with assistants Honey Badger/Stew42) who go about their business making finals!

Wooden spoon with 2-12 to 14-0 in the space of the season probably my best XV achievement. But I'll see what I can do with the 0-14 Hungary next year.

Serbia easily the most dominate XV home and away team ever with a 26-2 record over two years, but no flag to show for it.
