Prior to the 2014 season I was talking up Merrett to anyone who would listen. Unfortunately due to his slow start he wasn't a viable cash cow but in many ways he exceeded my high expectations. 7/20 scores over 80 for a guy in his debut season playing the position he does is a superb effort and it leads to the question of if he can lift even further in 2015. Given he was sub on no less than six occasions there is a great deal of scope for a higher averaging year, even to the point where he could qualify as a low premium. It would be a brave pick but one that has potential for healthy rewards.

Pros - Severely sub affected price, ability to put in good scores with modest disposal counts

Cons - Second year blues, instability at Essendon, possible lack of consistency

Prediction - 79-84

love this guy i rate him highly could be a gun midfielder he makes good decisions and uses the ball well

Such an awkward price especially for a 2nd year player I'd imagine. Could either be a brilliant pick or a pretty average one :P.

Still love watching him play for Bombers so hope only better things for him :D. Was a beast for Fantasy at U18 level so translating well to AFL 8).

Kid couldbe anything. Bit too much of a risk to start with in 2015 though
