With my team near complete I've got a few ideas where needs improving but what I'm after is some unbiased opinions from all you Experts...
What would you do from here??
7trades $19,400

Def: Swallow, McVeigh, Malceski, Simpson, Mitchell, Jaensch (Gardiner, Georgiou)

Mid: Pendlebury, Selwood, Ward, Beams, Fyfe, Rockliff, Parker, Miles (TAYLOR, Hartung)

Ruck: Sandi, Mummy (Brown, King)

Fwd: Gray, Danger, Dusty, Roughy, Zorko, SMartin (Impey, Lennon)

Well, you need 2 more mid premos, however your bench isn't really making you much cash, so you may have to settle for either Miles or a fwd as M8

I'd want to get JPK. Maybe Impey and Roughy out, Parker to fwds, JPK and a fwd rookie in? Then next week if you can afford it, Taylor to Crisp, Miles to another premo mid, perhaps SJ, Priddis, or Sloane

I'm no expert...but it appears you don't have many cash cows, but you do have plenty of trades.

So I would begin by trying to cash in a couple of your bench players to put some cash in the bank for next week.

Something like Gardiner to L.Thompson = 160K
L.Taylor to J.Crisp = 190K

That's 390K in the kitty.

Then maybe Impey for Broomhead = 150K
Hartung to anyone you like.

Something like that anyway.

I think you somehow need to trade impey for a fwd/mid, upgrade Taylor to JPK and use Parker as your swing man and he and miles as your loophole options. No point touching Miles. He's averaging well over 100 in his last three games.

Otherwise impey to broomhead and Taylor to JPK

If you are sitting well in Leagues I would be looking at getting some cash this week.  Look at options to downgrade.Wait for teams to be named.

I would look at going Impey to Morabito via Taylor, Hartung, Lennon or Georgiou to a low priced rookie looking to ensure that you make at least $190/200k from downgrades.

This week you have Taylor covering fwds, Morabito mids and Gardiner Backs.

Next week Taylor to Jpk via Parker returning Parker to forwards. You will then have martin as F7/R3 covering both ruck and forward .  Morabito and Gardiner whilst not strong gives coverage in mids and defence.

Leaves you 4 trades for finals and if injuries strike should be straight swaps only using one trade each time.

Yea sitting pretty well in $$ league.. 2nd at the moment but if I did lose this week could 'potentially' miss top 4.

I was initially looking at going
Taylor - JPK
Impey - Spina (cheapest M/F)

This enabling me to have a Premium covering Mids, Ruck & Fwd using Parker and Miles (loophole) & S. Martin. but it does mean I have $$$$ sitting on the bench & trying to pick who will score most each week.

I was also considering the Roughy trade swinging Parker Fwd but he does have Bulldogs & Dees the next 2 wks so could back his tons up...

Hmm... Am I missing anything else?

I'm also thinking could Watson be a sneaky good POD to have $$ in the kitty for come finals rd.21..

(Edit- Also wasn't planning on holding Miles this long as M8 but don't see the point in wasting a trade yet when he is still pumping out 100's)

Looks like we will be playing Crisp for a while so it may be worth while trading Impey to Crisp Do your sums though as Crisp is $189k,

Couple to look out for if named Acres or Honeychurch will generate a bit more cash though.

Could also look at Lennon to Herbert if named for suns as although sub he will be your F8.  Suns have injury problems forward which may assist his JS.
