Trades from now? Advice please

185 K 4 trades left.

Was planning GAJ>Rocky and Walker>Hibberd. Also Shenton > Gray. Then Shenton plays and loses money. And Hibberd gets injured.

Do I shelve the idea of Gray as M9 for now (wait to see if Shenton keeps spot and goes up in value again) and save the trade?
Do I go Sloane over Rocky and get Gray with cash saved but then have only 1 trade left?
And what about Walker? Not convinced on SMitch (Crowley,Macaffer,Hammies)

I have 1 trade left this round. (other 1 was bloody Sandilands fault - Derickx >Boomer Martin to R3 was going to do this anyway but was gonna wait for Martin to drop off)

When I traded Gary, I went for SJ so I could also afford L.Parker up forward, plus Rocky was suspended. Ideally I would have taken Rocky, I think he is your best choice. I have 2 trades left, and I am hoping he will be my final upgrade for M8 (currently Miles).

I don't think Hibberd is such a good choice at present, Mitchell or Hanley would probably be better options?

Gray is a luxury at M9, probably fits better up forward, but your forward line looks healthy.

Yes Gray a luxury @M9 - but also great cover for mids and 4 of my 6 fwds. Shenton WAS to be that cover, but not sure he's gonna cut it - sub then dropped then late call up and sub again..... and my other is Hartung; hardly great cover either- he'll be sub/subbed if he does play at all.

It depends on Shenton - maybe I should keep for now - hope he plays and avoids the vest and regains value and provides cover - until he doesn't do those things and trade if I can afford it in the finals (only 1 round to go after this 1)

There's also the Bews/Jones cover issue in the backs - but not much I can do - except save a trade or 2 for finals should a backman miss.

Hibberds injured - don't trust SMitch and Hanley should get Crowley and/or Caff in finals. Eski is expensive...

Eski is awesome - but that's the problem - some teams tag him for this reason and he can struggle with that.

Plus money I spend on Eski over say a SMitch/Hibberd priced player (120+K) could be used elsewhere so another part of my team could suffer for the sake of Eski who may or may not outscore a player 120+K less.

I got Hibberd in when he was on fire and hasnt scored a 100 since anzac day avoid.Malcevski has alowest score of 80 since round 3.Every defender has negatives.Mitchell can cop a tag,Walker is inconsistent.

Disagree ants if I was a betting man I would take you on about him finishing top 10 mids. Do not see him worried by tag as he is getting at least 25 - 30 % of his SC points from tackles at the moment and is the leading tackler in the AFL with an average of 9.1 tackles per game. Tackles are SC gold at 4 points per tackle.
