Heard that the guidelines the MRP use would have given Ballas 3 weeks. THey felt that was too much so sent him straight to the tribunal to plead his case and let common sense give him a lesser sentence (if anything at all).

Good decision. Was a fair bump and would've been absolute bullshower if he got rubbed out for it.
