foley is set for a big year and cousins will probably get his tag if he gets back to even 80% of his best

Foley's no doubt going to fire DT wise this year with Cousins in the team.
But look at his kicking efficiency 56% last year.
Also his kick to handball ratio was a poor .7 last year.
Therefore I'm going to go with Cousins.

your right about the tag, if cous stays healthy he will demand attention, then foley should imrpove his accuracy and have more time to kick.
