I'm versing you in KO cup final so my advice would be get rid of Gaz and Pendles and get a couple of spuds and Crouch for Captain  ::)

Not much more to offer ando.
May have held Higgins for another week but Dahlhaus is probably at his lowest so sound trade.

No other defenders coming through apart from Gardiner and Tippett and neither imo is worth a Langdon or Langford downgrade.
