How long is Joel Tippet likely to be around for? Not many other back rookies for SC!

The fact he kept his spot in the side once Thompson returned is very promising.

However, with Grima and Thompson already down back along with Hansen floating around it may be tricky for Tippet. Hasn't done a lot wrong, particularly in his debut against Freo he had a performance that made it impossible to drop him.

Him playing could depend on the tall forward stocks North come up against too.

He won't be a good scorer, but he's the only rookie defender playing. I doubt he'll keep his spot in the side, North are way too tall down back.

hard to get a line on his form, you can only beat your opponent, but having said that, he certainly took J Brown to task this week. Well done Tippett !  Hopefully, you can keep your spot another week.   8)
