I feel Johncock is over the hill at the moment.
Mackie is more of a DT player.
Lockyer should score more than his price indicates.
Therefore, Lockyer.

Lockyer is 29 years old, he cant improve much. The above two are old but they scored lower last year due to injury. When fit they are a cut above, and all reports suggest they're fine.

Dont be clouded by lockyers preseason form. They've beaten 3 rubbish teams, and he's played on some clowns in the forward line. Stick with the elites.

P.Burgoyne is 488k. I do agree with Bo that he is a better option if you can squeeze some extra dosh out though.
