Same price effectively

Hayes started slow last year due to reduced game time as he built fitness into the season and then exploded.

Bartel proven performer at same level over a number of years.

The fact Hayes had less game time, reducing his scores for the 1st 3 or 4 weeks makes me think there may be slightly better value with him (only minimal).

I will also throw in Mitchell as a cheaper alternative (approx 40k less i think)

for your second midfield spot value isnt much of an issue as you want them as a keeper.

hayes' preseason has been interupted with calf troubles so id steer clear and if your still keen pick him up later.

bartel every day of the week man. proven performer. cant go wrong.

i wouldnt think twice between the 2, bartel by a mile, you know he will get you 100 week in week out and has the potential to get you 140+

his name should be mr. consistant!
