first year player : advice taken and adjusted, one more time?

hey all. first year of supercoach... have looked over some forums but really need some advice cause i think my backs are in trouble...  wish this game was as easy as playing the real game. lol.

got some recent advice and have changed the backs around to have a few more premiums there... any info on filling in the other gaps cause currently are just fringe players that i have heard a bit about...

i have just enough cash to swap dale thomas for angus monfries too... thoughts on that swap....
