I have $250k in the bank and I'm biting the bullet and trading Caddy.

I am torn between these two. Both have had great starts to the year, and are similarly priced.

Atm I am 60/40 towards Breust, but am not sure he can keep up the high scores. Whereas Pav has had YEARS of being a premium forward, and has had a great start to the year, after actually having a pre-season.

WHy not go Parker?

if you already have him, id go Bruest

Pav will not be this cheap again for the entire season, he's in red hot form and had it not been for some dodgy kicking in round 1 and a mud fest in round 2 he'd be 70k more expensive. Pav is premo, always has been and should average 100+ this year.

Breust for sure. I have Pavlich and wish I didn't. When it's wet he struggles. Where as breust will play good in all conditions as he will never get tagged and can play on the ball and up the ground

Breast for sure? Freudian slip if ever I saw one. Can't believe you are unhappy having Pav in your side, will be top 6 by season's end. This is the week to get him in.

This.

I'd love it if he was in me squad

Guys, i'm in a similar situation and rather than starting another thread i thought i'd ask here. I cant quite afford Breust and have narrowed it down to my best options being Pav and Gunston, who would you go?

To answer your question, i'd prob go Breust, he looks to be the player to mostly be benefiting from the Buddy departure and looks to be far more consistent this year, not suffering from the patches where he goes missing like he has been prone to in the past. Also has been moving up he ground a lot more getting more possessions in the mids.

Pav versus Gunston? Pav every day of the week, he's as fit as he's ever been and we know how well he can perform over the course of a season. I'm personally looking forward to the day when he kicks 6 or 7 and brings in a monster score. Can't believe only 10% of teams have him, a great POD at this stage of the season.

I would feel more comfortable with Pavlich given he has been a proven performer over many years and looks to be hitting his straps again, but it's a very close call.

Having said that, do you think it's worth cutting losses with TMitch and sideways trade to Pavlich or waste of trade?

While this thread made me waiver on my trade this week, I'm kind of not thinking Pav will be going huge the next few weeks.

While Sydney isn't playing well, he doesn't play well against them. Hasn't also played again North for a few years but North defense is pretty impressive. Did smash a 158 on 2011 and subbed for a 31 in Q2 the following game.  Thompson shutdown Schulz and made Buddy earn nothing of his millions, expecting something similar if Thompson matches him up.

Breust would have been a possibility if I didn't have Roughie already, so will most likely get him if he keeps form after the bye rounds.

I'm also having a tough time deciding who to bring in for mitchell... breust would suit my byes the best and is probably in the best form, but pavlich is the cheaper and could well explode, then there is Parker. wish I had have just taken him over Mitchell from the start.
