What to do with R.Shaw?

I have Swallow, Suckling, Enright, Hanley, McDonald, R.Shaw, Langford, Laidler in defense and Langdon in the mids.
Now i'm upgrading Rohan to Fasolo. I have $26,300 so i'm $-25,600 off that one trade which is not a problem.
Regarding Hanley i'm waiting a week to upgrade him to Simpson since i have plenty of cover and Simpson could go down a bit more. Are there any rookies worth to downgrade to?

I traded R Shaw to KK which gave me enough change for Hickey to Jacobs last week.

KK is still a good option IMO

When you hit the T button on Shaw it will then allow you to move Langdon into Defense. You are then a player short in the Mids so you can bring in Crouch.

From what others have posted it would even allow you to move Langdon to Defense then bring Taylor from the forwards into the mids and you can then bring in a new forward if you wanted
