Unfortunately I have crouch in my mid bench. If he doesn't get named this week I think he kinda has to be traded. Agree??

I think it depends on your structure and how many issues you may have. If you have 2 or 3 rookies that don't get named this week then it could be worthwhile making one trade this week. You don't want to end up with 3 or 4 issues next week.
In saying this I would do it with caution and only to a player who has very good JS.

I have  a few donuts on my bench but I don't mind that as the captain loophole is always a good option espescially on rounds like this with Gablett and Pendles both versing good competition
