Who will score more?

As far as the stats go, they're pretty much the same player, I guess it all depends on match ups this week...

Shiels (you'd think would run free until Sewell returns) so I'd go for him
and he scored 114 vs an (arguably) full strength North side

WB play WC, who I think will dominate them
also bear in mind that WB played a poor StKilda, an underdone Freo, and a still-underdone Carlton in preseason
so I think there are some false positives there (WB aren't that good)

Depends which stats you look at. On 2013 averages, yes they are basically the same but Shiels has 18 scores over 100 in his career and as such would likely be safer pick (for this week at least).

don't see how you can toss away macraes nab cup and yet justify picking shiels based on nap cup lol

there are no guarantees about the role shiels will be playing, if he tags at all you know you're getting bugger all, but he has shown in the past he can rack it up when he's not wearing someone like a glove

macrae should actually do better on a bigger ground like patersons considering he's an seagull in the vein of 2013 brandon ellis aka tons of uncontested mark+kicks

i actually think wb will take it close against wc, i think they're going under the radar, extremely competitive team and should see a lot of improvement from their already impressive youngsters this season + finally have a legit forward target in crameri
