So, currently i have:

Backs: Mitchell, Simpson, Hurn, Suckling, Webster, Macdonald, (Laidler,Langdon)

Mids: GAJ, Pendles, JPK, Beams, MaCrae, Tyson, Mitchie, Polec, (Ellis, Dunstan)

I was thinking bout MaCrae -> Aish, Webster -> Langford, Suckling -> Hanley/Hibberd.....good move??

However this leaves me very open if one of those rookies getting vested ill be stuck with him on field....

Im trying to figure out if i can run the gauntlet game by game and make this happen but my brain is failing me with all the different permutations (if players get vested/unvested and so on)

The trades you suggested doing would be a good move in my opinion. Webster is being overhyped and Hanley & Hibberd should both be good picks this year. If Aish gets the vest you can sub him for Dunstan or Ellis. Highly doubt Langford will be the sub.

good option for me.. gets rid of 3 blokes you are going to need to upgrade to 2 rookies and a premium..
You have plenty of solid rookies in both lines that wont be rookies both weeks..
I would have Dunstan on before Aish anyway and Langford and MacDonald should be alright, you're talking one week so it won't be too big of an issue. some blokes had Martin on the field :S

Three big changes to your team Macrea has been on fire not to sure about Aish , Langford in a lot of teams and you will kick yourself if Suckling goes good at his price so I think it could possibly strengthen your backs but weaken your mids

yeah, other option is to leave Macrae who i really like this year and downgrade Luey to Hicky and then Suckling to Hanley and keep Wabster....however that wouldnt be adding a premo to my team.

I could always look at Webster and Suckling the first two weeks and then act at round 2 aswell....it is easier to downgrade and grab a rookie on the bubble at round 2 than have webster/suckling kill it the first few round and try and find the cash to bring them in
