Which lineup?

Currently have Vince in my midfield, Suckling and Webster in my backline and Gleeson on my midfield bench.

I'm thinking of going Vince to Tyson, Webster to Luke McDonald, Gleeson to Michie and then Suckling to either Hodge, Scott Thompson, Enright or Hanley.

Is this a good idea? and if yes which premium defender should I pick up?

I like it and would pick Hanley from that group - bear in mind though that this goes from POD (Vince) to 4 players who will be in just about every team. They're good picks though. You could go for a POD back option but to be honest I think the PODs are not so much the players in the starting team, they're the players you pick up along the way...

Yeah Vince was tempting me but in the second option it makes my rookies and bench cover look a lot more solid

Yeah drop Vince & find your POD'S elsewhere mate rookies are not the players you want to go POD'S with..unless you have inside information..in which case TELL ME TELL ME TELL ME, I like all of those changes suggested now you just need to pick a Premo Defender..Hodge would be a nice POD if you don't have S.Mitchell already & Enright is a safe option
