Backline thoughts.

Okay, so backline as it stands is;

S. Mitchell, K. Simpson, S. Hurn, D. Swallow, M.Suckling, L. Macdonald, T. Langdon and A. Georgiou.

I've seen a lot of people with one more rookie down back than I have and it seems to be the thing to do.
Should I be looking at downgrading one of Hurn/Swallow to a Laidler/Langford?

Pretty similar backline to mine.

McVeigh, Mitchell, Hanley, Swallow, Webster, McDonald (Clurey, Georgiou)

I think rookie defenders are too risky this year.

McDonald on the ground , then 2 rookies on the bench . . Don't think you can afford 2 on the ground .
Any thoughts on laidler . .?

Atm my backline is Mitchell, Simpson, Hurn, Suckling, McDonald, Martin - Laidler & Langford with Langdon at M10 for insurance. I feel defender rookies aren't that bad this year if you are willing to spend that bit extra. Laidler, Martin etc.

Exactly the same as mine, except I've got Langford D7 and Langdon M10. Still to decide on my D10. Clurey atm, but not very good JS. Would like at least one of d7,8 to play this week.
