Pick the obvious flaws!

So I have a few players on here that I'm not 100% on (mainly rookies)
Is there anyone obvious on here that shouldn't, also am I missing anyone like last year O'Meara?

DEF: Bartel, S.Mitchell, Hanley, Suckling, McDonald, Laidler (langdon, Georgiu)
MID: Ablett, Pendles, Rockliff, Beams, Thomas, Michie, Polec, Ellis (Dunstan, Crouch)
RUC: Nicnat, Sandy (Thurlow, Nankevis)
FWD: Danger, Martin, T.Mitchell, Pavlich, Rohan, Kennedy-Harris (Garlett, Impey)

Nicnat is not at 100% fitness so I'd go for a McEvoy, Mumford, Lobbe or Jacobs then use this cash to turn Garlett into McDonough from the Tigers. Garlett may never get a game for the Hawks.

Otherwise its a very strong squad.

Thanks mate, do you think Jacobs is worth the risk? I had him from the start last year but he did seem to turn around in the second half of the season..
Can do the McDonough swap no problems, still have 200k leftover.. might try to squeeze it a bit more
