When do SC prices start changing?

I saw this question buried in a couple of other threads and it's a great question where the answer will have a big impact on trades etc so thought I'd start a new thread to see if anyone knows.

Anyone heard?

and the reason I started a new thread was I thought it was round 3, someone said this year they are changing as of round 2, then taking into account last 3 games there after

After rnd 3 the prices will go up or down accordingly.

And when a payer plays 3 games his price changes.

After rnd 2 is when sideways trades are done to cash in on the cows missed earlier.

so any trades that need to be done (i.e. Cousins for my team) i have to do it no later than after round 2 and BEFORE the round 3 lockout????

because after all the players play in round 3 their prices will go up, is that the correct understanding of it??
